Frequently Asked Questions

KUCSA membership is open to all students in tertiary institutions (universities, colleges, polytechnics) within Kakamega County. We also offer associate membership for alumni and supporters outside the county.

Regular membership is valid for one academic year (September-August) and must be renewed annually. Associate membership is also valid for one year from date of registration.

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. However, if you have extenuating circumstances, you may contact our membership committee for consideration.

After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a digital membership card via email. Present this card at events to access member benefits. You'll also be added to our members-only communication channels.

Yes, if you become a student in Kakamega County, you can upgrade to regular membership by contacting our membership coordinator and paying the difference in fees.
