1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to all bona fide students in tertiary institutions within Kakamega County and alumni/supporters. By joining, you agree to abide by KUCSA's constitution and code of conduct.
2. Code of Conduct
All members must uphold respect, unity, and positive engagement with fellow members and the community. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees are KES 100 per year, non-refundable, and must be paid via M-Pesa (Paybill: 522533, Account: 7786101). Membership is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
4. Data Protection
KUCSA will protect your personal information in accordance with data protection laws. Your information will only be used for official KUCSA communications and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
5. Termination of Membership
KUCSA reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of the code of conduct or actions that bring the organization into disrepute. No refund will be issued upon termination.
6. Amendments
KUCSA may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or official communication channels.
